NuBorg - Sliding Off the Edge of the world (LP)
NuBorg's new ambient sound is characterized by NuBorg aka Gunhild Nyborg's haunting vocals, layers of ambient guitars, sleek bass lines and heavy beats. Influences are artists like Massive Attack, Kate Bush and Portishead. Words like compelling, stunning, accessible, excellent, haunting, beautiful, infectious, thoughtful, and amazing have all been used to describe NuBorg's music. Gunhild Nyborg has earlier worked with melodic jazz and released the album "Transitions" in her own name in Norway and Japan in 2006.
